Successful athletes have strong work ethics
To get to the next level of anything you have to develop strong work ethics, that’s the only way you’re going to succeed at anything in this world no matter what it is your doing. In athletics your family, coaches, fans and friends have supported you in your athletic endeavors your entire career, that’s all well and good, but no matter what….. having a strong work ethic is a must and it’s the responsibility of the student athlete and no one else.
It is the student athlete’s responsibility to commit to additional training or workout duties on top of their daily routines, pick up games don’t count!.
To separate yourself athletically from all the other student athletes competing for a full athletic scholarship, there should be countless hours of additional training or practice times, on your own, added every week.
College coaches are attracted to superior athletic talent and student athletes should do everything within their power to maximize that talent. Put in the extra work, be committed, then you will reap the benefits of that extra work and be recognized for having a strong work ethic. It goes a long way!
